OUR MISSION
What is the objective of AJ Rimba?
To empower residents of Ampang Jaya to participate in the city planning process in a meaningful and effective manner.
To ensure that the environment is healthy and safe by preventing unplanned developments while protecting the natural treasures of Ampang Jaya.
To improve the quality of life for Ampang Jaya residents and to generate a positive impact on the local economy.
To educate residents of Ampang Jaya about our rights to civic engagement, particularly in the area of local administration.
To enrich relationships between the local community, government agencies and other relevant individuals and institutions in Ampang Jaya.
Who is AJ Rimba?
AJ Rimba is a collective effort by residents of Ampang Jaya neighbourhoods that border on the hillside forest areas of Ampang Jaya. Our members are individuals with specific expertise and experience in the areas of urban planning and environmental conservation.
